Got my stitches out of my shoulder today

Hell ya........ Doc said my range of motion is way ahead of schedule but to take it easy for another week or so before doing real real REAL light exercises......right now nothing but stretching.

Of course I have to take a trip or two to rehab so I make sure I don't do any exercises I shouldn't and vice versa. But I am happy as hell
