the irritablity is a side effect of the caffiene. It probably says that on the label of your eca bottle.

I don't generally get jittery or iritable when on high dosages of caffiene. Is the Sens Nutrition epheda pills still available?

for me- its the ephedrine...yes sometimes i want to crawl out of my skin...loud noises piss me off too. LOL. i dont use it much at all any more for that reason.
