I started doing pilates with my girl and after about 3 minutes I realized this will get me nowhere and is totally fucking useless unless you are looking to do abso-fucking-lutely nothing in the burning fat department, id much much rather ride my bike or do some wind sprints
it is basically gentle aerobics with a touch of ballet, any man that practices this is by far flam'n
maybe this works for fat and untrained people, alas I am not one of those people though
