dry itchy skin

I have dry itchy skin and looking for something to help with this. My legs get so itchy at times I think I am going to rip my skin off. Most lotions (vaselene brand) types dont do much. I do use baby oil after showers but need something to put on prior to gonig to bed.

I think if this is a consistent problem, you may want to look at your diet, and have your doctor take a look at it as well.

I think elevated levels of phosphorus in the blood can result in being itchy.

Are you on a low fat diet?

For more of an immediate solution, I really like hemp or coconut butters when my skin has been dry.

this happens ever since i moved to this climate.
hate it
i added tonnes of fish oils , seems to have helped about 50 %.
always moisturize after a shower helps a tonne
