It is a simple problem. It is not your connection, hardware or anything like that. It is simply a corrupt version of Internet Explorer. You need to try to repair your O/S first. Do NOT format your hard disk, just put your Windows CD in and have it repair the O/S. If that does not work, back up your stuff and reinstall the O/S. Still have a problem after that?
