Usually poor circulation. I have heard it is a sign of other symptoms but would have to look it up. Wait, cold feet means you don't want to be married.

The fingers, toes that I have smashed, jammed, dislocated or broken always seems to get colder than the rest.

Thyroid, maybe low iron. I Could be way off but these two seem to ring a bell. My wife has these issues with cold extremities/clit etc..
