ive been gaining some good weight off chicken and lobster

nothing wrong with those both are high protein but its hard to keep cals high on chick alone

also watch the lobster its loaded with sodium
now steak and lobster that would be great :p
 
just hit 265 yesterday!! im 6'6" though.. i hate deadlifting!!

Goals are just to keep growing but keep everything in check

My chest is lacking abit so that is my focus now, my goal is 220 but I think weight is over rated I care what I look like in the mirror mostly, not what the scale says. But I still want 220 DAMN IT!

I am never happy so i am just going to keep hitting it hard
