1, slow down metabolism by whatever means works for you
a. reduce cardio
b. drive more walk less
c. do more desk work
2. Consume more calories under the assumption you're around 2000 If lean mass is wanted increase protein and good fats for calories
3. Increase protein synthesis
a. juice
b. take supps - HMB , methoxy , colustrum (new life is the shit) , zma , tribulus
4. Keep lean muscle
a. glutamine peptides
b. acetyl-L-Carnitine
c. clen or better yet time release albuterol (sabutamol sulfate ip)
 
i hit it along time ago but now im down to 140lbs
