My right wrist is bothering me lately. Originally didn't think about it, but it's getting worse. I noticed now that in certain movements (push-ups, benching) I can already feel discomfort, it depends on the angle at which the force is applied and the position of the hand: pushups are the worst

the mouse is starting to annoy me as well
Anybody else has experience with this? I wore a wristband for sometime and it did help a bit, never saw a Dr about it as I understand there is really no cure for it as long as you continue with the repetitive movement that causes it.
