So this bish ngr fgt was telling me the other day how my squats suck and how he squats 800lbs 30 times. He says to me that if i do what he does I could squat 1200lbs 52 times like him. So I says, "ok bish ngr fgt, tell me why you do". The then makes some poosie excuse about how he'd have to PM it to me later because his fucking fgt poodle ate it or some shit like that. Anyway, a week later and my quads are still tiny a fuck. Thanks!
