Best hair-loss prevention shampoo

OK, so I've started noticing more hairs than usual coming out of my head when I shower. What's the best preventive OTC shampoo to try and make it stop?

Its both, Its a good one for trying to block DHT.

just got back from shopping. picked up some 1% for now. pharmacist wouldn't sell me the 2%. I thought it just might be prescription strength that was held behind the counter. Gonna need to go see a doc I suppose.
