go to a dentist and get you rotten teeth fixed
brush them regularly and rinse with listerine

gargle with a mouthwash with both zinc and chlorine dioxide, zinc stops enzime for sulfur producing bacteria and cd kills existing bacteria.
and if you have a dry mouth, bad breath is worse, ie alcohol, certain meds that dry you out. so water is good as well

They can't get rid of it.

it seemed to work initially but kinda got immune to it if thats possible

My bosses teeth were very clean and used lots of mouth wash.
It has to do with your gums.

I do know for a fact that listerine can get you drunk, lol seriously, its like 25% alcohol.
But that dries out your mouth from the alcohol make it bad breath worse.
Try therabreath.com for zn and Cl02 products and related items for bad breath, but its not the cheapest stuff out there. You just have to check pharmacies in your area to see which, if any they carry. Also get a checkup for gum disease or something else that could be causing that cant be treated with zn and CLO2 toothpastes, gum, mouthrinse... it could be a sign of something that your dentist needs to handle.
