suck it up bitch, its not like its gonna kill you. i dont either much like breaking my diet, but it is good to do so once in a while. you wont gain bodyfat because of one single chest meal..but yu will have more energy at you next gym session.
Sugar free jelly (jello, if you are in the US), this stuff is fantastic, if i crave something sweet then i have some jelly/o, hardly any calories and zero carb., kept me on track so far..
