Roker on the road, Unwrapped and Food Nation Bobby Flay and his attitude are my favorites..

I watch little TV, but Food network is one channel I have memorized..

I love the FN. The only show I don't like is Malto Mario b/c he always wraps his dishes with funky looking italian salamis.

no, but i've been catching the Melting Pot at 11am when i go home for lunch. That chick is smokin... model Pradma Lakshmi, Indian decent. Like to try her curry !!! Damn, wearing sphagetti strap dresses and no bra.. Much better than watching Jerry Springer

Mario is the best! that guy is so friggin knowledgeable- he gives u a history lesson about every piece of food he works with. HellaRipped- what time does this show come on? I love my Italian women.
