Them quest bars are soo good, I buy like 4 boxes a month. Sometimes I eat 2-3 and get up around 60-70g of fiber. Never seems to bother me, though. Wanna compare poop pics?

These quest bars are amazing with all their different flavors but they need a warning to keep you from consuming a box. Black bean pasta is pretty good too.
