I just ate about 4 cups of chicken that I cooked in the crockpot last night with a tad of Itailian dressing. So f-ing dry I have to eat it with ketchup.

This clean bulking thing is really a pain in the ass....I'm only 1/3 rd of the way into my daily calories and all I want it is a fucking taco.

Protein shake and grilled chicken with salad for the next 3 lunches. Then back to Protein shake and tuna fish.
