you might have your facts screwed up dude........I think they "attempted" to charge him with rape for gang banging another older girl......but the charge didn't stick because the video clearly showed her in control of herself and wanting it..............so because they couldn't make that stick, they went after him for getting a BJ from the 15 year old..........I'm "pretty" sure that's what happened.........so it's bullshit all around.
