ZINC INTAKE

Thanks to Agent Shagwell for the post on Zinc supplementation. Gonna give it a try:
Question is: how much mg per day? Pills come in 15 mg usually, is this enough?
Also whats the difference between Zinc Gluco and Zinc Picolinate?

The zinc I got is zinc asporotate, supposedly a little more bioavailable from what I was told. $3.65 for 100 caps of 15mg I would say take two or three a day, no more is necessary. 30mg or 45mg

Zinc can build up to toxic levels, so be careful.

What would be a toxic level? and should I cycle it to give my kidneys a break?

I really wish I knew, maybe ask the pharmacist
about dosage, I just know that I was told by a pharmacist to take a break between each bottle.
Thats a really vague statement.
