Zinc is a very important mineral that is involved in bone health and is essential for testosterone production.


A lot of lifters are deficient in zinc so it's a really good idea to supplement with a good quality multivitamin/mineral that contains zinc.


Make sure that the zinc in the multivitamin contains a zinc amino acid chelate. That is the most absorbable form of supplemental zinc. A zinc oxide is very poorly absorbed and pretty much useless.


You always want to see amino acid chelated minerals in your multivitamin. I personally use the multivitamin ruthless 3d from n2bm.com. It's pretty affordable and it only contains amino acid chelated minerals.
 
Always a staple supplement here, next to ruthless 3d.


For those who use ZMA - try doing that before bed, it has found some significant effect on sleep quality for many people and also helps to improve testosterone production. Does not help for everyone, but from my experience a lot of people love taking it to fix up their sleep.
