z-mass or glutamine worth the money?

i am thinking about adding some z-mass or glutamine to diet so i can recover better. Are either worth the time and the money?

yes both are great but if you only had to use one it would be glutamine...grrrrrrreat stuff

I cant live without glutamine. I take 30 grams a day. I go to gnc and buy their brand of ZMA. I get 2 months worth for $25
