your supplements?

Most of it is an everyday thing for me.
WPC, Dextrose, ALA, B-50, Multivitamin/mineral, BCAA's, Ginger root 1g, Fiber, Flaxseed oil, ZMA or plain Zinc at night, and cassein at night.

1AD is what i'm taking now. Trib. and Maca is what i'll take afterwards. Creatine i'll start again to help me keep my gains w/ 1AD after i finish the cycle. Cranberry and Milk Thistle i use before and after a cycle to help my liver and kidneys out.

Only supplement left is N-A-C, and i'll probobly never take it again since ALA increases Glutathione levels as well as NAC. So i'll toss the NAC.

B-50 is worthless

I never met one person who said they truly benefited from it.
RB most of the other stuff you list seems to look good, although its a pretty big stack.

Multi 2-3 per day
Vit C 1.5g
Vit E 400iu
ZMA
Protein Supp (weight gainer and post workout)
Flax Oil about 1 tbs per day
