Is Yohimflame good and useful?

I gained a bit of weight in this winter, and wannaget back into my suits, so I need to lose a bit of weight. I haveseen here someone talking about Yohimflame being good for fat loss. How much in terms of volume can I lose with it? How does it work?

Yohimflame definitely works, and it works very well. I have seen with my own eyes how it helped my wife lose one size in about 2 months, so I can personally vouch for its effectiveness. I was a bit sceptical about it burning fat locally, but it does work.

Obviously, you should not expect a miracle effect of spraying just once a beer-belly, and see it deflate, but with consistency and diet yohimflame is a huge help for fat burning.

The first thing I would do is get diet locked in. Start eating in a 500 calorie deficit consistently and then add the yohimflame down the road. It will work best when used in conjunction with a good diet and exercise routine.

Yohiflame is a fantastic product from helping to remove stubborn body fat areas that hang on for dear life.

If you have a significant amount of weight to loose, I would just focus on your diet and training. Wait until you are lean and are just trying to get that last bit of fat off your trouble areas to use the yohiflame.

You will get the most out of of yohilame that way. Using it now won't hurt you but you truthfully don't need it. You can very easily get yourself lean from just diet and training alone. Getting shredded, now that's a different story and that is when you want to use the yohiflame.

Thank you all for your support! I will keep that in mind!

What kind of diet would you recommend me?

In my opinion there is no specific diet that is more effective or anyone "should" follow. As long as you are in a caloric deficit and eating clean whole foods that is what matters.

I know for me I like to keep carbs in my diet because I feel like shit on low carb. I stick to my diet that way. If I feel like shit then I am likely to cheat on my diet. Some people love things like low carb. In the end it is just what you can be consistent with.
