the results are "permanent" not just temporary losses of water. The permanent is in " " because as with any fat loss if you overeat or are exposed to the same biochemical environment (usually in conjunction with the overeating) fat can return. But is as permanent as any other fat loss.

I have been using yohimburn on my chest for the past week. i have always had a large chest, but a lot is fat. never had cuts of any sort on it. now I do on the inside, first time since I dieted down from 160 to 125 for wrestling.
I'm starting to put some on my love handles and arms now but the bottle will probably run out within a couple weeks, and I don't think I'll be able to buy another for a month or so

I have been doing 1/8 of the pipette on each pec two times daily, after showers.
I'm not sure if this is not as much as is recommended or more.
