PS: try horney goat weed, it has yohimbine in it and other things that help also.

The problem I found with Yohimbine is that if you over do it, it can cause adverse effects and I wouldn't be able to have sex. I don't understand why, but that's what I've noticed.
I would say 2-3mg really did wonders for me, 20-30 mins before sex on an empty stomach. I weigh roughly 200lbs, btw. Start slow with Yohimbine.

This is as individual as anything I can think of. I know for me it takes 5mg, for some it take 2.5mg, Decaman gets sick and experiences vertigo at 3mg.
I would try 2.5 and go up a little each time.
