Yerba mate?

Has anyone tried this stuff there's a huge thread on this stuff over at BB.com and was wondering if anyone here has tried it and has any thoughts on it?

I spent allot of time reading about it and the supplemental benefits are enormous. What I did, was to buy it in the original loose leaves format with the steel filter straw. After drinking that, I was buzzing enough, I didn't sleep properly (had too much). I tried the tea bag version also, but I dont really like the taste, and it has little effect on my energy levels. You can of course get it in concentrated pill forms, but I have yet to try those.
