somebody recommended this as a blood purifier after you have done AAS in case you get tested, how effective is it guys?

I'm gonna say if you are tested don't bother. WADA style tests are getting a LOT better and I can't see a root doing what's needed
 
There is no such thing as a 'blood purifier' supplement.

If you are trying to lower hematocrit or RBC - give blood.
 
If you are a tested athlete then don't cheat. Simple as that. The test now are so much better than they used to be so I would never recommend risking getting busted.
