I take op whey... It has always worked great for me and it taste pretty good compared to alof of the others out there... I dont have it with me but i think i get 27 grams per scoop

I'm currently on Nitro Tech and i take 3-4 2 scoops (40g) shakes per day.
Used to be on EAS's cheap protein from sams club, and that was 24g per scoop i believe.
