liv52 , how does it compare to milk thistle?

always here about it, but never really knew what it has over the milk thistle

This is what ive heard. Milk thistle helps repair damage, whereas liv52 prevents and repairs damage. If im wrong then someone will soon correct me.

kilosports is good, but if you have a vitamin world nearby, i would hit that up.
