Whats a good ready to drink protein drink

well METRx and EAS are good blends of milk proteins

If you want just whey iso then I like PURE PRO Pina Colada or Isopure green apple

For taste, I like MuscleMilk...but the pre-mixed drinks only have ~20 grams of protein.

EAS already made are TERRIBLE imo.

I've been through many and the best one to me is Optimum nutrition, or Iron Tek Essential. These don't have any other crap in them. The taste is great, and the consistency is very smooth. Muscle milk puts so much garbage in there drinks it is flaky/clumpy going down. It takes me about 10 seconds to chug 12 ounces of ON.

All come in fruit flavors and I consider them quite tasty but you wil have to try them yourslef to see if you like them.
