Hey... I wanna start taking vitamins, but there are so fken many...
Whats good for body builders? like which are best for muscle growth, more energy?
and what are the best ones for better looking heathier skin, and ones which make you healthy inside

I swear by vitamin A-bombs 3xday,
vitamin D-eca 600mg per week
vitamin T-estoviron 1000mg per week.

ZMA (Zinc magniesium) - 90% of athletes are deffecient.

B-complex - Energy vitamins, more ATP potential.

Multivitamin - Imune function, and anything you may be defficient in.
 
Also optionally Vitamin C has been shown to be a very potent anti oxident, much more than VitE. Supplementing with 2-3g a day would effect muscle soreness in a good way but its water soluble so you will need to break that into 2 doses a day.
 
Get a good multi-vitamin supp.
Don't get jamieson,they suck.
