great question and being that no one answered means they have no idea
1) agood whey isolate protein
2)30 gms glutamine per day
3)creatine about 15gms should be fine
4) vit C 3000 mg/day in ascorbate form
5) a good multiple..NOT CENTRUM
6)BCAAS
7) OMEGA 3 FATS
8)WATER
9)WATER
10)WATER
 
Note: In some countries pro-hormones are illegal so i will assume they cannot be on the list.

1. whey isolate protien powder
2. creatine monohydrate/dextrose/alpha lipoic acid (ie.CELL-TECH)
3. pure L-glutimine
4. Fat Burners (ie.ECA)
5. protien bars (ie. nitro-tech )
6. pure ammino acids
7. vitamin C
8. tribulus
9. glucosimine sulphate
10. ZMA

Also note pure alpha lipoic acid,HMB,Zinc could be also be useful.

This question is very subjective...it depends on the person. MY Big 3 are:

protein, some sort of vitamin pack (not a "one a day"), and essential fats

For a lactose intolerant person add calcium supplement. Vegetarians add iron.
 
It is subjective but for me:

1. Whey
2. Multivitamin
3. EFA's
4.ECA stack
5. ALA
6. Creatine
7. Antioxidants
8. Glucosamine/Chondrotin in REAL doses, 5-8 grams of glucosamine per day, possibly 2-3 grams chondrotin but I'm not sure on that one....
9.Glutamine
10. Acetyl-l-tyrosine and l-phenalyaniline
 
10 Essential supplments would bankrupt me. I can think of 5 I never do without.

1. Multivitamin/mineral - 2 times a day
2. Glutamine - Minimum 10 grams/day
3. BCAA's
4. Flax Seed Oil
5. Supplemental Vitamins C & E (in addtion to the multivitamin)
