I trust Optimum as far as I can throw them. Anyone who makes a 5lb tub of
Whey for $21 bucks can't be legit! Syntrax makes excellent products. I take the Isomatrix regularly. I think for the most part you get what you pay for with supps.

I cant believe you guys use all this stuff. I am soooo pickey on the prods and supps i use, and to tell you the truth .. i dont trust ANY of the magazine supps like the ones mentioned.

I will admitt ... the AFStore prods, are the best I have ever used! If I were rich, I would use their protien too, and ALL supps that they have listed. I would be their poster boy! lol. Best supps out there, that I actually know work.

I dont use ANY of those magazine brands, and never would. Those are what teenagers use when they are just starting out, and read an article in musclemag how you can gain 15lbd in 3 weeks by taking celll-tech.

These are the only supps and prods I will use.

AFStore: Yohimburn, T-rec, r-ALA, creatine, green tea
Vitalus: Protien

THATS IT! Then I just use juice and food!

Wait .. I also use Soloray for multi vitamins, and I like products by Life Extension and Source Naturals. I use polysorbate shampoo, and Choleve and Policosanol from Life Extension, and Liver Guard from Source Naturals.
