I have 6 meals a day. 1 or 2 of them are usually Isopure Strawberry protein meal rep. packets. There 50 grams of 100% Ion exchange whey isolate.. best you can buy. This might be expenseive for you.. I get them @wholesale prices. I also drink there bottled ZeroCarb juices. great shit.

You should get some of George's triple threat protein. I take 2 shakes a day. One before I work out and one after I work out. I also eat Labrada protein bars. Both of these protein sources are delicious!
