Day 7 of cycle. Feeling kind of the same to be honest. Pretty vascular though. Squat went up 5lbs but that was expected since it's only my second week back. BUT! This time I did squat first then do my upper body. And the weights did go up, well sorta.
I did do Incline 185lbs for 4x3. Pullups, 7, 7, 8, 8. And then decline 190lbs for 10, 9, 8.
So it seems to be working but keep in mind that 180lbs on incline was also my first week doing that so increases are expected.
