Won't beat around the bush. 4 months in on a good cycle. Eat healthly, around 4000 calories.

On Tren/test/dbol cycle

I know it's a cutting cycle really but still wanna push weight up to 200lbs ideally, it will go up and is slowly.

Need some wisdom, what shakes, food, should I be eating to push it up quickly? I have a VERY high metabolism.

lots of clean chicken, rice, lean meats, fish. Eat 5 well balanced meals spread through out the day and just supplement with shakes when you can. food>shakes
 
If you know of a sushi buffet then go there regularly whilst on cycle.

Buffets are great while bulking. Great value and all you can eat food.
 
Have to be honest not many sushi bars for about 2 hours haha. So Solid food > Shakes. I'll bear that in mind, mine should suffice then.

I could get Sushi lunch packs (4 of them or so), is that similar?
 
Nope that supermarket stuff is full of preservatives. You need the great stuff from the restaurant

Aren't most resteraunts even worse? I could go butchers I guess. But I'll be so out of pocket. An realistically can't dine out every night.

What do I buy from shops, and how often should I munch it down? Thanks guys
