Sincerely, it is not the best idea to lower your natural prolactin levels, since this may destabilize the whole hormonal system. Each individual has a certain hormonal level for a reason, and it is best not to mess with those levels indefinitely. It is better to learn to accept what you are, and how you are. By far not all guys are ready for a new sex-round in a few minutes, so there is nothing to be ashamed of.
