vitamin c injectable vs oral

I suffer from vitamin c deficiency and I was wondering if it's true an article saying your body absorbs only 30% of oral vitaminc c, and instead it absorbs 100% of the dose given by injections? if that's the case would it be better to shoot it ?

That's actually incorrect. Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin that is 99% bioavailable when taken orally. There is no need to inject it.

The problem with water soluble vitamins is that your body will only absorb as much as it needs at the very instant and then it will excrete the excess in your urine. For that reason, it's best to supplement with a small dosage of vitamin C multiple times per day.

I would take 500-1000mg with breakfast, lunch and dinner each day.

There is no need to inject vitamin C. Just take it orally and get through diet as well. Lots of green veggies and some citrus fruit.
