Depends on how much you get naturally. If you don't get much sun and rarely if ever eat your veggies then you'll need it. I get a lot of sun and eat my veg so I don't.

britain is pretty nice during the summer but you really don't get much sun during the winter months.. atleast compared to where i live

True. Crazy right now. But I seem to hold a tan all year round and my last three jobs, inc the current one have me working outside.

It's an extremely important vitamin to supplement with. Especially if you live in a northern climate like Canada.
