Valerian root

In my Valerian root pill,
1 pill = 500mg
1 have tried 2 (= 1g) ---> no effect
1 have tried 3 (= 1.5g) ---> still no effect
1 have tried 4 (= 2g) ---> still no effect !

May be I should use kava kava with it....

When to you take your pills ? (ie how much time before going to bed ?)

I've had good success with it, it's easy to get used to it though.

I have a night time tea that contains Valerian Root that helps very much. Two cups before bed and I'm out like a baby.
