Hey Everybody I started jacked today so I thought since the Amp02 is sorta on the fence right now I would kind of give you my thoughts on the pre workout supp so far. I will also give you a little background on me to help explain my training...
Day 1: So I got Jack3d for 28bucks after shipping so definatley not bad on price. I was very surprised to see how tiny the container was. It's like the size of a baseball, and the scoops are like thimbles! The Recommended dose is 2-3 scoops but like 1.5 to assess tolerance. Which I did. So Here's some of my background, I have some sort of wierd disease where I have severe diabetic symptoms but am not diabetic. Been to Kidney specialists and Diabetic specialists numerous times but with no luck on pinpointing what it is, but needless to say I can't have anything that messes with my insulin cause I can go into diabetic shock, which I've done, twice. NOT FUN AT ALL. This stuff didn't to any degree. I also took it on a very empty stomach, with no negative sides. So now that I got that outta da way lets move on to the nuts and bolts of Jack3d.
About 15 min after consuming I got tingly, and sorta itchy, but not to the point where it was annoying or anything. It was just there. I then started to really feel it kick in. I got a little hot, anxious, and ancy to get to the gym. It really put me in a good mood to...in a moodswing kind of a way. About 30 min after consuming the energy was very real and very there! Now I think there are very different kinds of energy and the kind I don't like is the, I'm a rabbid wolverine all jittery and paranoid and my heart is beating about as fast as hummingbird wings. This had no such affect. I had heaps of energy that was focused, and directed. Unyielding. My time between sets dropped dramatically. Here's the work out:
Today was Back, Bi's, Abs, and Cardio
Warm up to back is 1 set of Very Wide Grip Pull ups to failure: Normal days I can get 16 today 22. As soon as the warm up was done I was already had a pretty good pump!
5sets of Narrow Grip Pulldowns. Normal day I can get up to #14 at 5sets of 10 Today I hit the max #20 I did all five sets there but 12,12,12,10,8 So a huge improvement. And that's with only 30seconds of rest in between sets. And that was all 1:45 min of workout!
Thinking about this if I list everything its going to get old So I will Just wrap it up with the essentials
ENERGY: 9/10 Awesome energy that won't burn you out and make you crash! It's not jittery sketchy energy that makes you want to puke either. Guys I worked out for basically two hours with no signs of stopping and this was only the first day, The MOTHER F"ING FIRST DAY!!! cant wait till day five!!!
MENTAL FOCUS: 10/10 I din't want to freakin leave that place! I hate cardio, absofreakinglutely hate it! I normally do 3days a week of 100meter freestyle swimming sprints. which I can only take like 15 min of. Today I did 30min of it and only 30 second breaks! I Started lifting at 9:30 it's now 1:33pm Mountain Time, and I'm like I got shit to do LETS FREAKING DO IT!!!! which is soooooo not me. I got two a days right now with Volleyball and I know I'm going to be drillin for oil with some of my hits tonight I cant contain myself!!!
PUMP: 7/10 The only reason I gave it a seven is cause it's the first day and I know without a doubt like a week into it it's probably going to hurt! The pumps will be so gnarly! Even then, My Biceps were definately feeling it more than the last week of BANG use ever did for me.
All n All This is the Best Pre workout I've ever used when comparing 1st day use. I'm comparing it to: NO Shotgun, SuperPump250, Gakic, Black Powder, V12, Juggarnaut, and NO EXPLODE. PEOPLE!, do yourself a favor and go get it! OMEGA the new Version of AMP02 Better be,frankly put, The shit or you might go out of business!
