Excerpt: I have looked at different types of creatine and not sure which one to go ahead and choose. There is creatine monohydrate which seems to be the #1 seller, and then other called HCL creatine. Which one would be better for me to use as a college student who is 21 years old? I am looking to get more gains and recovery

    monohydrate is indeed the #1 seller, but if you use too much it will cause bloat

    ancient strength is what i recommend

    Best creatine IMO is HCL it has less sides and easy to use

    I prefer Ancient Strength because it is pure creatine and conveniently in tablet form.
