using anti inflammation supplements

do you think it is stupid to take anti inflammatory supplements before a workout or do you think it is better to use them after you are finished? i'm talking fish oil, joint supplements, curcumin, MSM, etc. a friend said not to use them before cause they can interfere with your workout and slow things down.
 
when you workout you will get inflamed, that is normal

anti inflammatory supplements are not going to make a difference to be honest, however if you were to take a drug like aspirin or something then yeah your friend would be 1000% correct. not a good idea
 
I dont think you have to take anything for inflammation but I would suggest avoiding inflammatory foods like dairy and bread.
