Trib & Maca use post cycle.....how much?

What would some one recommend for doses of Tribulus and Maca, for use after a prohormone cycle?

Come on, some one help me out here!
I know there's guys on this forum who have used both and found a good amount that is needed for restoring regular LH levels and hopefully helping to preserve some of what you've gained.
So.....be a pal and help me out!

I can't comment on how much Maca I took. I took double of what the label said to take and it worked fine. I used a bottle that showed the % of active ingredient contained, so it may have been stronger than the others, don't know.
