Hey all, I have a question regarding Triax and T3:
I've got a bunch of the old Triax by Syntrax and I have access to T3 (generic). I'm at about 9% b/f now and I, of course, want to go lower. This is tough. I remember when at little E/C/A would take off a ton. Well, it just doesnt seem to work that way anymore. Makes sense from what I've read (the higher the b/f the quicker it falls--to a point).
Which is better T3 or Triax? Are they equal in their effectiveness? Syntrax would have you believe so...
The Triax is helping, I think, but at this rate I can tell most my progress will have to come from radical diet changes that I fear will result in muscle loss along with fat loss.
