TRAC MHP Creatine

I did a cycle of trac creatine a couple of months ago and was pleased with the results. Im thinking of doing another cycle. But after talking to my buddy the other day he informed me that creatine can cause kidney stones, is this true? Is there anything that i can do or take to prevent this from happening.
