5. Postworkout Carb/Protein Shakes

8. Vitamins & Minerals
9. Meal-Replacement Powders

This is according to Bill Phillips.. whatd you all think of this list?

I think #1, 2, 5, 6, 8, & 10 are all pretty valid but I am not too sure about the others.
 
My top 06 are:

Whey protein
MRP's
L-glutamine(and other amino acids)
E/C/A
creatine
VITAMINS
 
They werent in order of how I like them.
Here they are in order:

Vitamins
whey protein
glutamine
MRP's
creatine
ECA
 
They all seem good except the HMB....It looks good on paper but it seems like most agree that it doesn't work. I've never tried it so I can't say for sure.
 
My opinion on creatine changes with the winds. Sometimes I hate it and think it's a waste of money, other times I'll slam it down to get a couple extra water pounds.

Whey protein is good for pre or post workout, and thats about it. A casein or casein blend is a much better choice otherwise.
