Ive been taking: amino acids, protein, weight gainer, creatine, glutamine, and multi vitamin.
But I dont know if im taking them in the correct order...
Like i was told not to take glutamine and creatine in the same hour since it uses same saturation pathways or such.. So whats the best way to take all of these?
Throw away the amino acids and weight gainer.
The protein take about 1 - 1.5 grams per body weight and take only 35-50 grams per serving.
Take 1-2 multi-vitamins a day. and take about 1000 grams of C spread out through the day.
