it coverts harmful homocysteine ito the beneficial methionine.
homocysteine is basicly the silent partner with cholesterol and heart disease.
Tmg is something you may not "feel" but the benefits are well worth it. TMG also helps with Sam-E production( a mood enhancer)so maybe it does give you a feeling
