    Do you think its good to take breaks from supplements for a certain period of time ? Then when you jump on them the body reacts more efficently to absorb.

    you should fast from everything except water atleast 3-4X a year for 24 hours minimum. 5 day fasts are really easy to do and effective. this gives the body a chance to detox and cleanse.

    I think taking breaks off everything is good. Even rotating foods is a good idea

    I think there's time and place to changing things up every now and then but what supplements exactly are you talking about?

    I come off by forgetting to take my supplements, lol. There is no real need to come off of natural herbal supplements.
