has anyone tried these.. they look too good to be true, which is most likely the case with most supplements. I was reading this article about one the other day, it had a pic of a cow that the fed it too, and it was huge and buffed. It was probably on gear and other shit too, but maybe it does work?

Does anyone know first-hand from experience if they work or not? Everyones gonna say they're bullshit of course, but I want to know from some one who's actually tried it
